From our 12 years of animation work, we've developed a pipeline and a process for creating the best possible animations for your budget and timeline.

Serious media planning for your serious project.

At the outset of your project, we'll work with you to lay out all the possible methods of delivery for your animation (e.g. video, PowerPoint, CD-Rom, for the web). We are well aware of the advantages and limitations of each media type, so we'll optimize your descriptive animation to look great across every one. That way, there will never be any surprises when your web animation, say, is repurposed for your next PowerPoint presentation.

No surprises (not negative ones, anyway).
We treat each project and each client with a degree of professionalism unheard of from shops our size: After we meet with you at your location (or ours), each project is fully estimated and a project timeline is attached to this project with agreed-to milestones during its lifespan. Once approved, storyboards are completed. A password-protected client site dedicated to the project is initiated (click here for a sample). From this site, reviewers may make comments directly on the web page, as well as approving (or not) discreet elements of the animation. We also make great use of WebEx; computer-based conferencing that allows you to virtually watch over our shoulders during the trickiest parts of your project from your own computer.

Delivering your final product on time on budget is no miracle. For us, it's standard operating procedure. And when your project is complete, we'll FedEx it right out or post it to our secure FTP site to make it immediately available. Finally, we archive all our projects at an off-site facility and retain these files for a minimum of five years in case the animation needs to be revisited for any reason.

Our simple policies presented simply.
We will be absolutely candid with you as regards all aspects of your project, good news or otherwise. Our performance will be trackable from beginning to end of the project's cycle. We will not substitute employees on your project without first clearing this with you. Our invoices are easy to understand and devoid of surprises.

We assume you may meeting with other firms. We assume all of them will talk about the good and thorough service they provide. We encourage you to enquire further. They might have a hard time explaining what service means to them, so they might mutter about easy they are to reach or something like that. But we know exactly what we mean, and that explanation is on this page.
